UNIVERSE TV

Terms of Use

Terms for using Universe TV Player and its associated TV interface.

Last updated: September 16, 2026.

Provider and scope

Universe TV Player is provided by DSTV Multimedia doo. Contact: dstvmultimedia4@gmail.com. These terms cover the player, its associated TV interface at lg4.tv-universal.com and use of private playlists associated with your Universe TV account. A separately presented account agreement may also apply to account administration; accepting these terms does not authorize any payment. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Account and access

You need a compatible device, an internet connection and a Universe TV account. New accounts start empty, without channels or movies. No channel or movie package is included with the player. Keep sign-in information confidential and notify support if you suspect unauthorized use. Use only accounts you are authorized to access. The account agreement describes applicable age and device requirements.

Your private playlists

Manage your own lists at My Lists. You can submit an M3U/M3U8 URL, upload a playlist file or paste its contents. At your request, DSTV Multimedia doo can help associate your own playlist with your account. The Roku app plays compatible media from lists available to your approved device.

You must have the necessary rights to use each source in your territory. Technical availability of a URL does not establish permission to use or redistribute it. Adding a playlist does not transfer ownership to us; you authorize the technical processing and storage needed to provide the requested playlist features.

Content and permitted use

Only access content you are entitled to receive in your territory. Use the player for lawful personal viewing within the rights granted for the selected content. Do not redistribute, record or publicly exhibit content without the required permission; bypass access controls; interfere with the service; or use it to infringe another person’s rights. No ownership of content, trademarks or software is transferred by use of the player.

Availability and playback

Available media comes from playlists associated with your account. Channel previews, program guide data, catch-up, captions, audio tracks and resume functionality depend on the selected source and its supplied information. Internet performance, source availability, access rights and device compatibility affect playback. The player does not promise a fixed number of channels or movies, or continuous availability of a source.

Currently free to use

The player and its activation are currently free. Creating or using an account does not start a paid subscription, authorize automatic renewal or authorize a future charge. Any future paid offer would require its price and terms to be presented and separately accepted before charging you. Your internet or independent content provider may charge separately under its own agreement; the player does not grant access rights to that provider’s content.

Privacy and support

The Privacy Policy explains information used by the service. For playback or account assistance, use the support page. Include the app version, device model and a description of the issue, without passwords, activation codes or payment-card information.

Restrictions, changes and ending use

Access may be restricted where necessary to address unauthorized access, unlawful use, a security issue or expiration of an entitlement, subject to applicable law and the relevant service agreement. You can stop using the player and sign out. Account deletion can be requested from support; separate billing obligations must be handled with the billing provider.

The player and these terms may change to reflect functionality, security or legal requirements. The current revision date appears below. Material changes should be communicated through the service where appropriate.

Responsibility and applicable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Questions or disputes should first be raised with support so that the issue can be investigated. Applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules continue to apply; these terms do not require you to waive access to a competent court or regulator.

Reporting a rights concern

Send a specific rights or content complaint to dstvmultimedia4@gmail.com, identifying the source, your rights or authority to act, and your contact details. We may restrict access while investigating a substantiated complaint. Nothing in these terms prevents you from contacting Roku, a competent authority or a court.
